APPSO - Aplikasi Sekolah Online

APPSO adalah Aplikasi sekolah online berbasis Web dan Android lengkap dengan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Sekolah, Ujian Online, dan Learning Management System (LMS). Aplikasi ini memudahkan pihak sekolah dalam mengolah data siswa, tagihan pendidikan, penjadwalan dan absensi, penilaian, rekap angka kredit siswa dan pencatatan bimbingan konseling, ujian online, lms, penilaian dan raport, perpustakaan, koperasi, dan keuangan sekolah. Karena aplikasi berbasis web maka sekolah dapat mengakses aplikasi ini dari mana saja selama terhubung dengan internet.

Aplikasi ini juga dapat diunduh di Google Play untuk orang tua sehingga memudahkan orang tua dalam mengetahui laporan akademik siswa maupun kondisi siswa selama sekolah. Laporan yang bisa diketahui antara lain tagihan penididikan, absensi siswa, angka kredit siswa dan laporan konseling dengan wali kelas maupun Guru BK, dan laporan akademik.

Fitur notifikasi email adalah sebuah fitur yang disediakan di dalam aplikasi ini untuk memberikan setiap informasi transaksi pembayaran tagihan sekolah atau tabungan siswa kepada orang tua. Dengan fitur ini orang tua akan langsung mengetahui kapan siswa melakukan pembayaran kepada petugas sekolah.

Fitur backup dan restore dalam bentuk excel juga sudah disediakan pada aplikasi ini. Dengan fitur ini pihak sekolah tidak perlu repot melakukan input data satu-satu pada siswa dan guru. Cukup menggunakan fitur import data dari excel dengan format yang sudah disediakan maka aplikasi ini akan langsung menyimpan data-data tersebut. Kemudian fitur export data excel juga berfungsi untuk pihak sekolah untuk melakukan backup data terutama pada laporan-laporan transaksi pembayaran.

Karena APPSO ini merupakan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Sekolah maka terdiri dari beberap modul aplikasi diantaranya: (1) Aplikasi Pembayaran SPP dan Biaya Lain-lain, (2) Aplikasi Pencatatan Angka Kredit Siswa, (3) Aplikasi Bimbingan Konseling, (4) Aplikasi Pencatatan Tabungan Siswa, (5) Aplikasi Penjadwalan dan Absensi.
